Born just outside New York City, DJ Erik C has been creating music since he was 12, when Dr. Dre's "2001" pushed him to buy his first keyboard and start producing.
That early obsession evolved into a full music career, eventually taking him west, where he dove into electronic production, open-format DJing, and the nightlife scene. Erik's style pulls from decades of influences, especially '90s and 2000s hip-hop, classic electronic heavyweights, and the emerging textures of Afro House and Afro Beats.
His sets combine groove, melody, and emotion, shaped by years spent digging for fresh sounds and crafting his own. Today, Erik brings that same producer-level attention to weddings and private events, building tailored musical experiences that feel personal, polished, and unforgettable.
